i2X Investor & Startup Relation Manager
The Job:
i2X is a new investment infrastructure that helps investors to find the best startups in the world, and technology startups to raise funds faster.
As Investor & Startup Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing side of i2X. You mission is to spread the word about i2X among VC's, angel investors and the startup community, and help us build the world's #1 brand in seed stage investing within the next 12 months. Your responsibilities include:
- Contacting and convincing VC and angel investors to use i2X in their deal sourcing processes
- Encouraging investors on the platform to use i2X more frequently, and integrate it deeper into their processes
- Contacting and convincing the best startup incubators and networks to register with i2X, and to tell their startups to apply
- Encouraging incubation and network partners on the platform to integrate i2X in their ongoing communication with their startup members
You also will be in charge of providing our Head of Product, CTO and CEO with feedback and ideas how to improveme i2X in regards to user conversion and retention.
i2X is a disruptive product, and has extremely low barriers of entry: it's free for everyone, and nearly frictionless to integrate. You will work closely with our CEO Johannes, who has a strong marketing background. This job is important, and it's possible. If you fill out this position successfully, you have a good shot at evoloving into the Head of Marketing, Investor and Startup Relations position.
Requirements:
You need to be able to take on a full time W2 position. You should have an open, welcoming personality and love talking to people. Experience in the startup ecosystem is not required, but advantageous. You should be highly self-sufficient and able to come up with your own schedule. We don't believe in long lists of formal qualifications and degrees, but you should be able to show that you can get stuff done, stick with what you start, and have the potential to become an outstanding marketing executive. Finally, you need to be in love with disruption and progress. Because i2X is not just another startup: i2X is the startup that changes the way our economy innovates.

You get a convertible note executive compensation package (aka future shares). Until the closure of the current fundraising round, your compensation will be convertible notes only, so it is important that you believe in i2X and your ability to build significant value for the company. The compensation will be robust and depending on your experience and skill level.
